Between 1961 and 2007 Korea experienced person a revolutionary hardware upgrade. Korea transformed from a 17th century agricultural state to a 21st century manufacturing motivating force in less than 3 generations.

In allusion to John Locke. A regime and the broadcast are bound by a shared narrow. If the regime does not care for the life, liberty and material goods of the broadcast, the broadcast have the right to rebel and chat the regime.
